Meta Global Security Chatbot — Motion Explainer

Meta's Global Security team needed employees to actually use their new Workplace chatbot — fast. The bot was built to connect people with live security operators in just a few clicks, but only if people knew it existed and understood when to use it.

I translated a detailed script into a clear, illustrated walkthrough covering two real-life scenarios: building access and reporting a suspicious email. Every frame was designed to move fast and stay frictionless — no jargon, no confusion, just the next step.

The video also clarified when chat was the right channel versus phone or email, reducing friction for both urgent and routine security needs.
