The Problem

VR controllers don’t feel like the

objects you’re supposed to be holding.

VR is visually immersive but physically, there’s a disconnect. Your hands are holding controllers, while your brain expects something else. That mismatch breaks the sense of realism and pulls you out of the experience.

Table tennis

You’re hitting with a controller, but your brain expects a paddle

Golf

You’re swinging, but there’s no real grip or feel of a club

FPS games

Your hands float freely, with no physical anchor to stabilize your aim

Without a physical reference, immersion drops and performance suffers.

Key Insight

Immersion isn’t just visual.

It’s physical.

VR already looks convincing. The missing piece is what you feel in your hands. When physical feedback doesn’t match what you see, the illusion breaks. But when they align, immersion becomes natural, and performance improves with it.

Design Approach

Natural Ergonomics

Designed around real-world posture and grip, so interactions feel intuitive from the start.

Physical Feedback
